December 15, 2020

NAI Columbia’s Tom Milliken, Tombo Milliken and Nelson Weston, III, facilitated the $5.92 million acquisition of 429 acres of industrial land located at the intersection of Shop Road Extension and Longwood Road in Columbia, South Carolina to Richland County. The industrial land tract was purchased from Garners Ferry Development and the Wyman Boozer Estate.

“This purchase took over 15 years to accomplish and is a testament to the County’s continued initiative of smart growth,” said Tom Milliken, Senior Broker and Principal at NAI Columbia. “The expansive tract is near the previously built China Jushi plant and across Longwood Road from the recently announced Mark Anthony Brewing Company.”

The 429-acre land tract adjoins the previously acquired approximately 500 acres by Richland County as an enlargement of the Pineview Industrial Park. The park is rail served and in close proximity to I-77.
