NAI Columbia facilitates the significant renewal and expansion of medical office space to Prisma Health

NAI Columbia’s Peyton Bryant, CCIM, Ryan Causey and Alex Johnson represented the landlord, in the significant renewal and expansion of medical office space spanning almost half of the building located at 115 Blarney Drive in Columbia, South Carolina to Prisma Health.

115 Blarney Drive is an approximately 43,000 square foot medical office building with some available space remaining. The landlord is making significant building and common area upgrades in the fourth quarter of this year. New suites will be completely renovated for prospective tenants.
