NAI Columbia Milliken Land Team executes the sale of two tracts of land

NAI Columbia’s Milliken Land Team consisting of Tombo Milliken, Tom Milliken, and Nelson Weston, recently closed on two tracts of land. The first sale was a turn-key recreational property consisting of approximately 93 acres for $510,000 off Old River Road in Winnsboro, South Carolina.
The second sale is for a multi-tenant retail development. NAI Columbia represented the owner in selling approximately two acres for $325,000 on Broad River Road.
