NAI Columbia’s Tom Milliken, Tombo Milliken and Nelson Weston, III, represented the seller, Averyt Family Blythewood LP, in the $1.95 million sale of 390 acres of land located at the intersection of Interstate 77 and Peach and Cook Road between Blythewood and Ridgeway, South Carolina.

Situated in a growing sector of the I-77 corridor, the large property includes all utilities on-site. Featuring nice timber and two lakes, the land offers a variety of uses to the buyer. Fairfield County has a planned 225-acre multi-faceted park and a plan to contract a wastewater treatment facility to serve both their existing Industrial Park on Peach Road and their planned, nearby future industrial Megasite.
