NAI Columbia wins the property management and leasing assignment for the building.
NAI Columbia’s Jeff Hein, SIOR, and Thomas Wyatt represented the buyer, Appian-Shipwatch, LLC, in the $3.55 Million sale of the approximately 51,000 square foot office building located at 201 Executive Center Drive inside the Synergy Business Park.

Strategically located near the intersection of Interstate 20 and I-26, it provides convenient access to the Columbia Central Business District (CBD), Columbia Metropolitan Airport, and numerous residential areas. The park boasts excellent visibility from the area.
