NAI Columbia welcomes new brokerage associate

NAI Columbia recently welcomed Noah Moore to the Columbia brokerage team. Moore joins the Columbia office as a brokerage associate specializing in retail, commercial land, and tenant and landlord representation.

Moore helps clients with all facets of retail and land acquisitions/dispositions, including leasing, site selection, and development. He takes pride in helping bring vital businesses to the Greater Columbia area and helping local businesses take advantage of the opportunities here through market expertise and creative solutions. He has experience in investment transactions, 1031 exchanges, development transactions, and site selection.
Previously, he worked as a Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty broker specializing in retail and office sales and leasing. Moore graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2021 with a degree in political science. Having grown up in Columbia, he developed an interest in the commercial real estate industry and a strong desire to help the city thrive.
