NAI Columbia announced that Ben Kelly, CCIM and Patrick Chambers were awarded Lease of the Year from CoStar for their role in securing Lowes Foods supermarket at the emerging Platt Springs Crossing Development.
Lowes Foods’ commitment marks a significant milestone for the Platt Springs Crossing Development, currently under construction in Lexington, SC. As the largest lease within the development, the supermarket’s presence is anticipated to stimulate further interest and growth, meriting the esteemed CoStar Impact Award.
