Upon Closing, Stanland Announces Retirement after a Successful 24-Year Career with the Firm.
NAI Columbia’s Dick Stanland, a Senior Broker, recently negotiated a five-year lease extension with the tenant and represented the seller, Perry Mann Investments of Columbia, in the subsequent sale of the 24,600 square foot office and warehouse located at 411 Huger Street in Columbia, South Carolina.
Upon Closing the sale, Stanland announced his retirement from NAI Columbia after a successful 47-year career. Stanland spent 24 years working for NAI Columbia as a licensed commercial real estate broker.
“To be in this business with others who have seen how it has evolved and to play a key role in my fair share of prominent transactions throughout the years, I decided to retire upon closing the Huger Street deal,” said Dick Stanland, Senior Broker at NAI Columbia. “It has been an honor to play a key role in NAI Columbia and to see it grow over the years. 411 Huger Street is a 24,600 square foot Class-A warehouse and office space in a prime location in Columbia, SC. The building sits on approximately 1.47 acres of land. It features a showroom and sales office in the front and a warehouse with 26 feet ceiling height and two dock doors in the front and rear.
