NAI Columbia’s Jack Springs closes $5.25 million sale in North Myrtle Beach

Jack Springs of NAI Columbia successfully brokered the $5.25 million sale of 4530 Highway 17 S. in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The property, formerly home to Preston’s Seafood & Country Buffet, will be redeveloped.
Preston’s Seafood, a longtime staple in the community, closed its doors after 35 successful years in business. The transition of the property reflects the continued growth along Highway 17 and the coast.
“The redevelopment of this prominent corner brings a much-needed user and Class A product to the market. I’m excited to see it take shape,” said Springs.
