NAI Columbia’s Jeff Hein, SIOR and Will DuPree facilitate Parklane Partners, LLC’s acquisition of 7909 on Parklane, assume leasing responsibilities

NAI Columbia brokers Jeff Hein, SIOR and Will DuPree represented Parklane Partners, LLC in the purchase of 7909 Parklane Road.

Hein and DuPree will represent Parklane Partners in the leasing of the newly acquired office building. The four-story class A multi-tenant office building is ±115,108 square feet and has 2,000 to 98,000 square feet available for lease.

The building is located immediately off Interstate 277 and conveniently accessible to the Central Business District, Columbia Metropolitan airport, and close proximity to numerous residential areas. Richland County Recreation Commission is located one mile from the facility as well.

NAI Earle Furman will also be responsible for the management of the facility.
