NAI Columbia’s John Gregory, PE, CCIM elected Chair for City of Columbia’s Board of Zoning Appeals

NAI Columbia, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm announced that John Gregory, PE, CCIM has been elected Chair for City of Columbia’s Board of Zoning Appeals.
“Serving on the city’s Board of Zoning Appeals has been a great experience,” Gregory said. “There is a tremendous amount to be excited about in the City of Columbia and I look forward to continuing board efforts with my fellow members and improving our community in this new role.”
Gregory joined NAI Columbia in January 2017, specializing in buyer, seller, tenant and landlord representation, build-to-suit projects, corporate service work, 1031 advisory services, and broker opinion of value services. Prior to joining the firm, he spent four years at Hilti, Inc. as an account and project manager working in the civil, energy and industry sectors on various projects with consistent investment values north of $500 million. Gregory graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, holds a Professional Engineering (PE) license and obtained his Professional MBA with international concentration from the University of South Carolina in 2017.
