NAI Columbia’s Kelly Chambers Team, consisting of Ben Kelly, CCIM, and Patrick Chambers, successfully closed the $2.68 million sale of a ±27-acre site on Augusta Highway in Lexington, South Carolina. The site will be developed into the Lexington Marketplace Shopping Center, a retail destination featuring of 208,000 square feet of retail space and six outparcels.
