NAI Columbia’s Patrick Palmer, CCIM, elected to a three-year term on the National CCIM Board of Directors

NAI Columbia announced that Patrick Palmer, CCIM, Director of Retail Services and Principal at NAI Columbia has been elected to serve a three-year term on the National CCIM Board of Directors.
“We are very excited about Patrick’s election to the National CCIM Board,” said Jonathan Good, Broker-in-Charge at NAI Columbia. “It is a great example of the leadership our partners bring to our six offices. Since receiving his CCIM designation in 2006, Patrick has served in many capacities within the organization from local boards to national committees. It is a well-deserved accomplishment to be elected to the National CCIM Board of Directors where his expertise in commercial real estate can help guide the direction of the institute.”
This new appointment is in addition to his current responsibilities with the organization, where he will serve as a Regional Vice President for 2021 with duties tied to South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Alabama, as well as serving on the state of South Carolina Board of Directors as a Past President. From more than 8,600 designees and more than 9,800 candidates currently pursuing the CCIM designation, it is a distinct advantage that is exclusive to an estimated six percent of industry professionals. Since its founding in 1969, the CCIM designation has represented proven expertise in financial, market, and investment analysis, in addition to negotiation.
