NAI Earle Furman welcomes two commercial real estate brokers

Edward Wingate and Chris Harrison join the largest CRE brokerage in the Upstate.

 

GREENVILLE, SC – NAI Earle Furman, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm in Upstate, South Carolina, recently welcomed Edward Wingate and Chris Harrison to its brokerage team.

Wingate joins NAI Earle Furman’s Investment Services Group, representing clients in the sale and acquisition of investment properties. Prior to joining NAI Earle Furman, Wingate worked as a global outsource broker for US Bank’s retail portfolio of nearly 2,000 properties. In his 17 years of experience, Wingate has completed more than 350 new home construction transactions, representing custom, quasi-custom, merchant and production builders, and has worked in both commercial and residential real estate.

Harrison joins NAI Earle Furman’s Retail Division, focusing on sales and leasing of retail properties across the Upstate. Harrison is a Greenville, SC native and graduate of Clemson University. Prior to joining NAI Earle Furman, Harrison worked as a commercial real estate appraiser, providing valuation services on a variety of property types, including retail, office, land, multi-family, subdivision analysis, and industrial. Harrison also worked as a county planner for Greenville County, gaining experience in zoning and land use issues.
