NAI Earle Furman’s Grice Hunt joins the company’s Executive Committee

NAI Earle Furman, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in the office, industrial, investment, retail, multifamily, healthcare and land sectors, is pleased to announce that shareholder and broker, Grice Hunt, has been elected to join the company’s Executive Committee. This position is elected by all of NAI Earle Furman’s shareholders.

 

The Executive Committee holds the responsibility of steering the direction of the company. “Grice has demonstrated a true commitment to our firm and the commercial real estate profession as a whole,” commented Earle Furman, Chairman of NAI Earle Furman. “His vision for both the future of our company and the continued success of the Upstate business community will be a strong addition to our Executive Committee,”

Hunt is a top-producing broker in the Industrial Division at NAI Earle Furman and holds the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation.  In the last few years, Hunt and his team have completed more than seven million square feet in sale and lease transactions valued at $157 million for various local, regional and institutional clients. Hunt joined the firm in 2006 and was named as a shareholder of NAI Earle Furman in 2013.

A native of Greenville, Hunt is committed to the local community and has worked with organizations including the United Way of Greenville County Palmetto Society, Meals on Wheels of Greenville, and Clemson University’s MRED Mentor Program, as well as serving on the steering committee for the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, board of directors for Loaves and Fishes, board of directors for SIOR Carolinas Chapter, and is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
