Half of the 60,000 square foot building is pre-leased and the remaining 30,000 square feet will be available for delivery in summer of 2018. The most recent medical office space completed in the area was New Horizons in 2015 and the VA clinic in 2013. Jervey Eye Group had been looking to build in the area for several years when the approximately 4 acres behind the CVS on Mills Road became available and provided Jervey with an opportunity for a build-to-suit as well as available space to lease” Caldwell stated.
The property will be located directly off Mills Avenue on Marue Drive, less than a half mile from the GHS Greenville Memorial Medical Campus, and is expected to be completed in the summer of 2018.
