NAI Earle Furman announces two new Shareholders

Full-service commercial real estate firm NAI Earle Furman elected two new Shareholders. McNeil Epps, CCIM, SIOR, and James Malm, CCIM were voted in during the organization’s annual Shareholder meeting in January 2025.

This is the highest-level promotion available within the firm’s organization, and it is a unique individual that qualifies to be selected as a Shareholder. To achieve this promotion, the organization identifies the individuals as one of the premier professionals in the Southeast. This is an opportunity reserved for those who have demonstrated the ability to execute the business plans for their firm, and their desire to commit the significant time and energy associated with owning a closely held business.

McNeil Epps, CCIM, SIOR

McNeil Epps

McNeil joined NAI Earle Furman in early 2017 and specializes in office leasing, sales, and site selection alongside Keith Jones, CCIM, SIOR. They focus on all facets relating to the Office sector including Landlord and Tenant Represenation.

McNeil serves as an at-large member of the Greenville Legislative Delgation Transportation Committee, a partnership between SCDOT and Greenville County. He is also a member of the Greenville Area Development Corporation, acting as a liaison between the business community and local government. He is the current Chair of the Commercial Steering Committee for the Greater Greenville Assocation of REALTORS. McNeil is a member of Leadership Greenville Class 46.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as the Regional Director of Business Development for Heritage Healthcare, where he oversaw business development efforts across eight states in the Southeastern U.S. McNeil holds a Bachelor of Arts from Presbyterian College and a Master of Business Administration from Clemson University.

James Malm, CCIM

James Malm

James joined NAI Earle Furman in January 2021 and focuses on providing development and project management services for clients across the Carolinas. He and his partner, Tom Daniel, have extensive experience across all RE asset types and provide oversight through each stage of the development process. Before joining the firm, he spent time working for Hughes Development Corporation, Booz Allen Hamilton, and the U.S. House of Representatives. He is actively involved with ULI, NAIOP, and CCIM, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Johns Hopkins University and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Clemson University.
