NAI Earle Furman Multifamily Division closes $30,350,000 portfolio transaction

June 15, 2017

Tony Bonitati, Kay Hill, and Bern DuPree of NAI Earle Furman’s Multifamily Division represented Upstate Property Rentals in the sale of Hunter’s Ridge Apartments, Copperfield Apartments, and Park Place Apartments in Columbia, SC.  The three-property portfolio contains a total of 625 units built in the 1970s and was fully-occupied on the date of sale.

“While some markets are starting to experience peak pricing, Columbia is a great example of a location where upside still remains,” said Kay Hill, Multifamily Division broker and shareholder at NAI Earle Furman. “Sante Realty plans to put a capital improvement plan in place and hold these assets for the long-term.”

The portfolio sold for $30,350,000 and was purchased by Sante Realty of Phoenix, AZ, who was not represented in the transaction.
