NAI Earle Furman Names Four Additional Shareholders

GREENVILLE, SC – NAI Earle Furman, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in office, industrial, investment, retail, multifamily, healthcare and land sectors, is pleased to announce that Tony Bonitati, Tom Daniel, Kay Hill and Jake Van Gieson have been named as company shareholders.

Tony_Bonitati_9294_LRAfter graduating from Arizona State University, Tony Bonitati began a successful career in sales throughout the country. He spent a decade with Maytag as a franchisee and a decade with Equifax/TALX Corporation as a regional sales manager. During this time, he was also actively involved in lease negotiations, city permitting and demographic studies. Tony joined NAI Earle Furman in 2010 and brings extensive knowledge of the multifamily sector. He also provides his clients with a national approach to our local market. Having lived and worked in many regions before moving to Greenville in 2006, he understands the national landscape for land, development, investment property and housing. In his role at NAI, he has focused on multifamily properties ranging from Class A apartment complexes to development land.

 

 

 

Tom_Daniel_3236_LRTom Daniel has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. He began his career at Trammell Crow Company in Atlanta, rising from a leasing agent in 1984 to Partner in 1988. He later served as the Managing Director and President of TC Atlanta, Inc. In 1999, Tom joined Triad Properties Corporation, a multi-disciplined real estate operating company headquartered in Huntsville, AL where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer. In 2010, Daniel founded Th. Daniel Investments, LLC, a firm focusing on asset management for business owners, developers, investors, foundations, families and individuals. Tom now leverages his many years of experience in his service at NAI Earle Furman, where he specializes in significant commercial real estate opportunities in the Upstate, along the I-85, I-385 and I-26 corridors, as well as corporate services for his clients.

 

 

 

Kay_Hill_3789_LRAfter six years of marketing and sales in Charleston, SC, Kay Hill moved to Charlotte, NC and made a career change into the commercial real estate industry. She has since gained a wide variety of experience after holding positions at the City of Charlotte, Cardinal Real Estate Partners, LLC and Duke Energy in their Real Estate Services division. Hill also worked at Jones Lang LaSalle as the Research Analyst for the Carolina markets where her primary responsibilities were to prepare in-depth customized research vehicles for clients including market trends and forecasts, economic updates, demographic studies and competitive set analyses. Upon moving back to her hometown of Greenville, Hill went into brokerage and began working in the Multifamily & Investment Division at NAI Earle Furman in early 2012. Hill holds a Bachelor of Science from The Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration with a Real Estate Finance & Development Concentration from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Hill now handles multifamily sales and development projects successfully by applying her finance and business acumen to the Carolinas’ commercial real estate landscape.

 

 

Jake_VanGieson_9516_HRAfter graduating from Clemson University in 2007, Jake Van Gieson joined NAI Earle Furman where he specializes in all facets of retail and investment sales. He has been involved with many restaurant and national tenant assignments throughout the Southeast and has also organized many deals with and on behalf of developers. Van Gieson currently serves as a board member for Pendleton Place and Greenville Family Partnership.
