NAI Earle Furman Names Three New Shareholders

The promotion of Leanne Jaskwhich, Keith Jones, and Jason Richards expands NAI Earle Furman’s governing body to 17 shareholders leading the largest CRE brokerage in the Upstate.
NAI Earle Furman, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm in Upstate, South Carolina, is pleased to formally announce the election of Leanne Jaskwhich, CPA, Keith Jones, CCIM, and Jason Richards as company shareholders. Until today, the company’s shareholders were made up of brokers and property managers. The addition of Jaskwhich and Richards injects a management perspective that will round-out the company’s leadership and broaden the lens through which the company makes strategic decisions.

NAI Earle Furman has hired 16 employees in the last year. Leanne Jaskwhich, CPA
Jaskwhich has served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer since 2008. Prior to joining NAI Earle Furman, she worked as Audit Manager in the Real Estate practice of Elliott Davis, LLC and as Controller for RealtiCorp, LLC, a commercial real estate investment company. Jaskwhich has more than 22 years of accounting experience and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Jaskwhich serves the Greenville community as a sustaining member and former board member of Junior League Greenville and has served on the Boards of Directors for A Child’s Haven and Hands on Greenville.
Keith Jones, CCIM
Jones joined NAI Earle Furman in 2005. With more than 10 years of experience, he currently represents more than 35 office listings consisting of well over 300,000 square feet and has participated in 147 office transactions in the last three years totaling over 500,000 square feet. Jones is a Greenville native and active community member. He currently serves on the City of Greenville Board of Zoning Appeals, the United Way Health Evaluation Committee and is President of the South Carolina CCIM chapter. Jones leverages his local knowledge and community involvement to assist landlords and tenants in a wide array of commercial real estate transactions.
Jason Richards
Richards joined NAI Earle Furman as Vice President in 2007 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2011. His scope of work at the company includes business development, community relations, training, strategic planning, staff supervision and general day to day management of the firm’s activities. Richards is also very active in the community and gives his time to a variety of efforts and causes, including Pendleton Place, the United Way of Greenville County, the Family Effect, and Furman University.
