Nashville’s premier songwriters headed to Georgetown’s Kaminski House for benefit concert

Music lovers in Georgetown will have a unique opportunity to experience the heart of Music City next week when the Healthy Learners Nashville Songwriters in the Round concert series comes to town.

The special acoustic performance is scheduled for Saturday, September 12, at the Historic Kaminski House Museum. VIP entry begins at 5:30 PM, followed by the main event at 6:00 PM. 

Now in its 15th year, Nashville Songwriters in the Round brings acclaimed Nashville singer-songwriters directly to South Carolina audiences. Performed “in the round”—an intimate layout where artists sit in a circle, taking turns playing their acoustic tracks and sharing the personal stories behind chart-topping hits—the concert offers guests an up-close connection to the craft of songcrafting. This year’s Georgetown lineup features talented artists Mack Martin, Peytan Porter, and Christian Yancey.

Beyond the entertainment, the evening serves a crucial mission. Proceeds from ticket sales and sponsorships directly benefit Healthy Learners, a non-profit organization dedicated to removing health barriers for school-aged children living in poverty. Funds raised help ensure students across South Carolina receive essential medical, dental, and vision care so they can thrive in the classroom.
