National membership sales professional joins Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce

CHARLESTON, SC – The Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce announces the selection of Tim Rogers as Vice President of Membership Development. Formerly of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), Rogers brings a wealth of membership and sales experience and acumen to this new position.

As the leader of the membership sales team, Rogers will increase the Chamber’s membership through the development and execution of sales and retention strategies that bring long-term value to organizations of all sizes.

Prior to joining the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, he worked as the Director of Sales and Membership for the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) where he was responsible for driving the NAM’s growth in the medium-sized and billion dollar manufacturing segment which comprised of about 65 percent of total membership. He also worked alongside senior management to help grow the participation of Fortune 1000 companies in membership as well as work closely with NAM’s Board of Directors. He brings with him more than 17 years of experience in sales and retention.

Originally from New York City and raised in New Jersey, Rogers attended Baylor University earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing.
