National Prevention Week: LRADAC’s Speakers Bureau Would Like a Word with You!

In recognition of National Prevention Week, LRADAC proudly highlights our Speakers Bureau—an expert, community-focused team dedicated to substance-use prevention and education. From Certified Prevention Specialists to Certified Senior Prevention Specialists, LRADAC’s passionate team of professionals provides the tools and insights communities need to foster lasting change.

“Our speakers not only educate the public about substance misuse and mental health but also inspire action,” said Ashley Bodiford, Director of Prevention at LRADAC. “Whether it’s addressing youth substance use, understanding local drug trends, or building community coalitions, our team brings the tools and knowledge to support sustainable change.”

LRADAC’s Prevention specialists and Speakers Bureau offer:
• Tailored presentations for schools, workplaces, faith-based groups, and community organizations
• Community engagement and coalition building
• Policy-focused environmental prevention strategies
• Analysis of substance-use trends (opioids, cannabis, alcohol, vaping, emerging drugs)
• Youth empowerment and readiness assessments
• Readiness Assessments to help communities take action based on capacity and need
