Nationally recognized transportation and logistics firm adds new partner to Greenville location

Moseley Marcinak Law Group LLP, a nationally recognized transportation and logistics law firm announced that Kristen Nowacki has joined the firm as a partner.
“We are thrilled to have Kristen join the firm,” said founding partner Rob Moseley. “Kristen’s prior experience will be of great benefit to our clients.”
Nowacki primarily advises insurance carriers on coverage issues and represents insurers in coverage disputes, including bad-faith litigation and declaratory judgment actions. She also represents motor carriers and brokers in litigation related to freight claims.
Prior to joining Moseley Marcinak, Nowacki worked as a coverage attorney for a trucking insurer where she advised claims adjusters on coverage issues, managed coverage litigation, and assisted the underwriting department.
Moseley and partner Fredric Marcinak launched their transportation and logistics law firm in April 2019 and currently have ten lawyers in two states handling work across the United States for some of the largest transportation and logistics companies in the world.
