Nationally recognized transportation and logistics firm promotes two to partner status

Moseley Marcinak Law Group LLP, a nationally recognized transportation and logistics law firm announced that Robert “Rocky” Rogers and Megan Early-Soppa have been elected to become partners in the firm effective January 1, 2021.

Rogers represents clients involved in the commercial motor vehicle industry, including motor carriers, 3PLS, transportation intermediaries, and insurers. He provides regional and nationwide guidance on insurance coverage, cargo/freight claims, commercial litigation matters, collections/contract disputes, and FMCSA and state regulatory compliance and permitting.
Early-Soppa is an experienced transportation and logistics attorney. She works with companies and individuals in the transportation industry to help them grow and protect their businesses inside and outside the courtroom. Early-Soppa puts her years of experience to work for clients analyzing complex claims and providing innovative legal strategies through pre-litigation settlement negotiations or at trial.
