NC-based mineral store expands with second Charleston location

NAI Charleston announced that Cornerstone Minerals is expanding with a second downtown Charleston location. Cornerstone Minerals will occupy ±1,195 square feet of space in Suite 103 at 36 North Market Street, adjacent to the Charleston City Market. NAI Charleston Broker/Partner Dexter Rumsey represented the tenant in the transaction.
Founded in Asheville, NC in 2005, Cornerstone Minerals offers hand-selected fine minerals, gems and fossils from all over the world. The store opened its first Charleston location on upper King Street in 2015, and currently has two other locations in North Carolina and Georgia.
