Neal joins M&G Personal Injury Group

Morton & Gettys attorney Joe Neal is expanding his practice, joining firm partner Richards McCrae at M&G Personal Injury Group.
While both maintain practices at Morton & Gettys, their work in the personal injury division of the firm allows them to assist people suffering due to the actions of others.
M&G Personal Injury group represents clients in a variety of cases, including workplace injuries, car accidents, trucking accidents, dog bites, medical malpractice, wrongful death and more.

A South Carolina native, Joe came to Morton & Gettys in 2019 after earning his juris doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. His practice at Morton & Gettys includes a broad range of civil litigation such as quiet titles, contract disputes, boundary disputes, mechanic’s liens, collection actions, property damage actions, and probate matters. He is licensed in North Carolina as well as in South Carolina.
