BritishAmerican Business Inc. has honored Philip Lader, a partner in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP’s Charleston, S.C. and Washington, D.C. offices, with its Founders Award “in recognition of his longstanding contributions to trans-Atlantic relations and commerce.” A former U.S. Ambassador to the Court of St. James’s, Mr. Lader was cited for his 16 years of work with Nelson Mullins; as senior advisor to global financial services firm Morgan Stanley; and as chairman of WPP plc, one of the world’s largest advertising and marketing companies.
