Nelson Mullins elects 3 Greenville attorneys to partnership

The partners of Nelson Mullin Riley & Scarborough LLP have elected three Greenville, S.C. attorneys to the partnership effective Jan. 1, 2021. They are:

  • David Dill.

    David Dill

    Dill emphasizes creative and strategic approaches to complex litigation, investigations, contracts, and governmental relations. He is recognized by Best Lawyers Ones to Watch for his governmental relations practice and is one of Greenville Business Magazine’s Legal Elite of the Upstate for business litigation. Dill also serves as the Secretary for the Greenville Bar Pro Bono Foundation. Dill earned his JD, cum laude, from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and his BA in international business, magna cum laude, from Florida Southern College. He joined Nelson Mullins in 2013.

  • Lee Kiser.

    Lee Kiser

    Kiser focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, commercial transactions, and corporate governance matters. He has been recognized by Greenville Business Magazine Legal Elite of the Upstate for corporate law mergers and acquisitions. In his practice, he has worked on mergers and acquisitions valued at over $1 billion. Kiser earned his JD, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law and his BS in business administration, magna cum laude, from Presbyterian College. Kiser joined the firm in 2013.

  • Brittany McIntosh.

    Brittany McIntosh

    McIntosh focuses her practice on securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. Her practice in mergers and acquisitions as well as securities law was recognized by Best Lawyers Ones to Watch in its 2021 rankings. McIntosh earned her JD, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law and her BS in business management, magna cum laude, from Clemson University. She started with Nelson Mullins in 2013 and rejoined the firm in 2015 after clerking for the Honorable Joseph F. Anderson, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.

Dill, Kiser, and McIntosh are among 26 attorneys elected to the partnership firmwide.
