Nelson Mullins elects Eric Smith to partnership

The partners of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP have elected Eric Smith to the partnership effective Jan. 1, 2020. Smith, formerly an associate, practices in Greenville and focuses on the acquisition, sale, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate. Admitted to practice in Maryland and South Carolina, Smith assists clients in the banking and financial services, hospitality and tourism, manufacturing, and real estate industries.
He earned his JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Law and a BA in international studies from Towson University.
Smith joined Nelson Mullins in 2014.
