Nelson Mullins elects Lindsay Van Slambrook to Partnership

The partners of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP have elected Charleston attorney Lindsay Van Slambrook to the partnership effective Jan. 1, 2021. She is among 26 attorneys elected firmwide.

Van Slambrook focuses her practice on commercial real estate development and land use, including the acquisition, sale, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate, as well as general business and corporate law. She regularly represents developers, property owners, and lenders, assisting them with contract negotiations and due diligence, and has experience in a wide variety of commercial real estate and business matters.

Van Slambrook earned her JD, with honors, from Emory University School of Law, and her BA in political science from Clemson University. She joined Nelson Mullins in 2013.
