Meet Expert Real Estate Team’s newest agent, Valorie Wead.
Valorie has been in the Upstate real estate industry for almost 18 years. She was raised in the area and knows the Upstate market well. Valorie is an expert in new construction and has a passion in helping making her clients’ dreams come true. Her knowledge and experience is a great resource for anyone interested in renovations and building new homes.
Before real estate, Valorie worked in finance at a technology company in Greenville, and has also owned her own photography business. Valorie will take the time to help her clients reach their real estate goals.
Valorie enjoys genealogy and learning about her ancestors that grew up right here in the area. When not selling properties, you may find her spending time with her family. Valorie is a boy mom, with 4 boys to be exact! She also enjoys local antique shopping, learning new things about gardening, chicken farming, and spending time visiting the fabulous nearby lakes, mountains, and Carolina beaches.
