New Board Members Elected to Historic Columbia

Historic Columbia Foundation Announces New Board Members

COLUMBIA, SC – January 14, 2010 – Historic Columbia Foundation recently elected several new board members to its organization for 2009 -2010.

Susan Brill was elected President of the Board of Trustees. Brill served on Richland County Council and currently is a member of the Richland District 2 school board. She is a member and past president of the Spring Valley High School Education Foundation; founding member of the Wildewood Homeowners Association; and active member of the S.C. Symphony League. Brill has received numerous awards for her community service.

At large members elected to the board include Jamie Harpootlian of Richard A. Harpootlian, PA and Bud Kibler, Senior Vice President- Investments with Ellison Kibler and Associates.  Representatives appointed by the City of Columbia and Richland County include Frank Houston of Houston’s Enterprise Catering; Eleanor Pope, community volunteer; and Daphne Williams of Columbia Mental Health.
