New Employee: National Kidney Foundation

COLUMBIA, SC – January 6, 2010 – David Sloan has joined the National Kidney Foundation Serving the Carolinas as the Director of Development and Marketing.

The National Kidney Foundation, Inc (NKF)., is the major voluntary health organization dedicated to preventing kidney disease, improving the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by kidney disease and increasing the availability of all organs for transplantation.

The NKF achieves life-saving results today through the contributions of a generous public including participation in NKF signature initiatives such as the Kidney Cars Vehicle Donation program, Kidney Walks and the NKF Golf Classic.

David Sloan is a native of Columbia, SC. He graduated in 2002 from Presbyterian College. He has worked in non-profit development for nearly all of his career. Most recently, he was employed with the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association respectively. In his current position, Sloan will be managing development staff members in North and South Carolina.
