November 4, 2014

CHARLESTON, SC –  Buddy Bebergal and Kit Regnery of Carolina Commercial Real Estate (CCRE) announced they have successfully negotiated the sale of 1.45 acres of vacant land owned by Lowcountry Hub Hospitality, LLC in Centre Pointe to Flour-Town Holdings LLC, for $1.1 million.

Flour-Town Holdings, owned by Joshua Broome, Michael Shemtov, and Johnny Hudgins, have three Mellow Mushroom locations in greater Charleston with stores in Summerville, Avondale and King Street in downtown Charleston. The new store, to be developed at the corner of Tanger Outlet Blvd. and Hotel Road at Centre Pointe, will be their fourth location.

“We plan to be open by the third quarter of next year,” said Hudgins. “This is a big undertaking and it’s the first time we’ve built a store from the ground up.” According to Hudgins the new store will be their largest at 7,000 square feet.

Bebergal and Regnery represented the property owners and Erin England of Commercial Real Estate Ventures represented the Buyer.
