New Members join Rogers Lewis

COLUMBIA, SC – September 4, 2013 – Jessica Clancy Crowson, L. Cody Smith and Drew B. Walker have joined Rogers Lewis Jackson Mann & Quinn, LLC as members. T. Welles Campbell has joined Rogers Lewis as an associate. Rogers Lewis is a full-service business law firm based in Columbia, S.C. 

Jessica Clancy Crowson joins Rogers Lewis as a member. Crowson earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in both South Carolina and Florida. She served as a law clerk of the Honorable Kaye G. Hearn, former Chief Judge of the South Carolina Court of Appeals. Crowson was also a former Assistant State Attorney, Fourth Judicial Circuit, Florida. In May 2011, Columbia Business Monthly named Crowson a Woman of Influence. She focuses on property disputes, eminent domain, right-of-way issues, telecommunication law and easement rights. Crowson handles all aspects of business law for her clients. 

title=L. Cody Smith joins Rogers Lewis as a member. Smith earned his J.D.  from the University of South Carolina School of Law and is admitted to practice law in both South Carolina and Washington. He served as a staff attorney with the South Carolina Court of Appeals and volunteers as a certified family mediator. Smith primarily practices in commercial real estate with a focus on the representation of wireless communications carriers and related industries. He also works extensively on environmental compliance and permitting issues. 

 

title=Drew B. Walker joins Rogers Lewis as a member. Walker earned his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law and is admitted to practice law in South Carolina. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters including banking, finance and real estate disputes. Walker counsels local, regional and national companies that include lenders, title insurance companies, landlords, private businesses as well as individuals and borrowers. He also serves as a statewide committee co-chairman for the South Carolina Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division Protecting Our Youth program and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Columbia. 

 

T. Welles Campbell joins Rogers Lewis as an associate. Campbell earned her J.D. at American University, Washington College of Law and earned a Master of Laws in Taxation from the New York University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in South Carolina, New York and North Carolina. Campbell volunteers for the South Carolina Bar’s Habitat for Humanity Wills Project and Special Olympics. She focuses her practice primarily on tax planning, estate planning and administration and business planning.
