New office development coming soon to Blue House Road

NAI Charleston facilitated the sale of a ±1.92 AC site on Blue House Road just off I-26 and part of the Ingleside Development in North Charleston. The lot was sold to CHS Office Partners, LLC, which plans to build its headquarters on the site. Thomas Boulware, SIOR, CCIM and Scott Peevy, CCIM of NAI Charleston represented the seller, Turnstone Group, and Rhet Duncan of Sadler Group represented the buyer. This transaction is the final sale of a portfolio of lots acquired by The Turnstone Group on Blue House Road. The two previous transactions were sold to developers of Home2 Suites by Hilton and stayAPT Suites.
