New Woodie’s Auto Service location now serving Mt. Pleasant

Scott Peevy, CCIM of NAI Charleston recently represented Woodie’s Enterprises, Inc. in the acquisition of Swifts Garage’s – Mt. Pleasant. The ±3,400 SF auto service building is located at 1395 Stuart Engals Blvd. in Mt. Pleasant, SC. This is Woodie’s 4th location in the area since expanding into the Charleston market in 2023 and is their 18th location in the Carolinas.
