COLUMBIA, SC – Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler announced that Jennifer H. Joseph, Business Operations Manager; George T. McCutchen, CCIM, SIOR; and Julian D. Wilson, CCIM, have been elected new shareholders in the company.
Mrs. Joseph has been with the firm since 1999, and has over 25 years experience in accounting and office management as well as a background in property management.
Mr. McCutchen joined Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler in 2004 and specializes in industrial, land and investment properties. With more than 10 years of real estate experience, Mr. McCutchen has been a Certified Investment Member since 2007 and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors member since 2010.
Mr. Wilson has been with Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler since 2008. He has more than eight years of professional real estate experience. He specializes in sales and marketing of investment and industrial properties, including warehouse development. Mr. Wilson became a Certified Commercial Investment Member in 2011.
