CHARLESTON, SC – Alex Irwin of Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler represented the tenant, PODS Enterprises LLC, in the lease of 33,250 square feet of warehouse space at 2550 Highway 52 in Berkeley County from Foxbank Commercial Park LLC. Bob Barrineau, Chip Shealy, & Brenden Redeyoff of CBRE Carmody represented the landlord.
