NORTH CHARLESTON, SC – Alex Irwin of Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler represented the tenant, Solitude Lake Management., in the lease of a 1,500-square-foot office and warehouse space at Leatherwood Business Park, 4365 Dorchester Road in North Charleston from L’Wood Associates, Inc. J. Ryan Welch of Lee & Associates represented the landlord.
