GREENVILLE, SC – January 3, 2013 – Nexsen Pruet announced that attorney Kirsten Small has been elected a Member (Partner) of the firm effective January 1, 2013.
Small focuses her practice in appellate law in state and federal courts. Small represents clients in white-collar criminal proceedings, particularly at sentencing and on appeal, and is also a member of the firm’s business litigation group, where she focuses on appeals and critical motions practice.
Small will continue to practice out of the firm’s Greenville, SC office.
