Nexsen Pruet attorney, William Floyd, recognized for legal writing

Three Nexsen Pruet attorneys have been recognized by a leading legal content provider. JD Supra named Rachael Anna, Molly Cherry, and William Floyd among its top authors in its new Readers’ Choice Awards.

Rachael Anna has been recognized as a JD Supra Top Author. Her article entitled “Predictive Coding Slowly Becoming a Game Changer” is noted in the the first-ever JD Supra Readers’ Choice Awards booklet as the most popular article on e-discovery matter in 2015.

Anna was selected from thousands of authors whose works were published throughout 2015. Editors report that Anna’s piece about electronic discovery excelled in terms of visibility and engagement with readers.

Additionally, the JD Supra lists “Tricks or Treats: Human Resources Challenges Ahead” by Molly Cherry and William Floyd’s as the top-read article on employer liability issues. Tricks or Treats came in as the second most-read article related to the Affordable Care Act in 2015.
