Nexsen Pruet Helps Employers Comply as Health Care Law Deadlines Loom

COLUMBIA, SC – September 13, 2012 – Employers are facing important deadlines in order to comply with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), which the United States Supreme Court recently upheld.

To help businesses in North and South Carolina , Nexsen Pruet’s Employment and Labor Law group is hosting seminars on September 25th in South Carolina and on October 3rd in North Carolina.  The breakfast briefing will originate in Columbia and Greensboro and be broadcast via video conference to the firm’s offices in Charleston, CharlotteGreenville, Hilton Head, Myrtle Beach and Raleigh.   Attorneys will be present in each location to answer related questions.
