Nexsen Pruet Helps Students Celebrate

March 13, 2009

CHARLESTON, SC – March 13, 2009 – Nexsen Pruet  will lend a hand on Friday as students at Memminger Elementary School celebrate the end of testing.  This week, the students have been taking the writing portion of the PASS test. So, Nexsen Pruet is sponsoring and helping host a lunch-time party.

In addition to serving hotdogs and drinks, more than a dozen Nexsen Pruet lawyers and staff members will supervise games and activities such as – a water balloon toss, a photo booth, face painting, bowling, and more.

“We are committed to serving not only our clients, but also the communities where we live,” says Amy Jowers, a Nexsen Pruet associate who is coordinating the firm’s volunteers.  “We’ve been exploring ways to help support Memminger Elementary, so when this fun event came along, we jumped at the chance to get involved.”
