Nexsen Pruet up Nine Spots on Largest Law Firms List

June 17, 2015

COLUMBIA, SC – Nexsen Pruet has climbed nine spots on The National Law Journal list of the 350 largest law firms in the nation – coming in at #215. The firm remains one of only two South Carolina-based law firms to make the list.

Each year, the numbers are based on a January survey of attorneys in Nexsen Pruet’s eight offices in the Carolinas.

The firm hit #224 in 2013 and 2014, but strategic hiring based on client needs played into the jump this year, including the hiring of Devon Riley, Erin Cowan, Sara Svedberg, Jefferson Moors, Chandler Martin, Nicole Ewing, Ron Jones, Ken Lewis, Will Lewis, Katie Duffy and Dave Krasnow.

Since the survey, Nexsen Pruet has hired Hunter Quick and Lee Falls in Charlotte to work with clients on insurance subrogation matters.

Nexsen Pruet has made The National Law Journal list of largest U.S. law firms since 2004, except for 2007.
