Nexsen Pruet welcomes five associates

Five new associates have joined Nexsen Pruet’s Columbia, Charleston and Greenville offices in South Carolina. The new class of associates will support the firm’s growth in business litigation, real estate and corporate law.

Emily Dobson & Chase Keibler join the Columbia office in the business litigation group. Emily has been part of the Nexsen Pruet family since 2013, working as a Summer Associate during law school. Chase has previously clerked for the United State Attorney’s Office in the Criminal Division. Both graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Alexandra Austin, based out of Charleston, is also with the Business Litigation group. A graduate of Georgetown University Law School, she also previously clerked with the firm as well as working in the legal department of PepsiCo. Prior to attending law school, Alexandra worked as the Director of Marketing and Client Relations with a start-up financial software firm, Intuitive Allocations.

Konstantine Diamaduros joins Nexsen Pruet’s business litigation group in Greenville after clerking with The Honorable Joseph F. Anderson in the United States District Court. A graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2015, Konstantine clerked with the Firm for the summers of 2013 and 2014.

Alex Serkes will support both the Real Estate and Corporate groups in Columbia.  Alex clerked in the Columbia office for the summers of 2014 and 2015, and earned his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. During law school, he served as a research editor for the American Bar Associations’ Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal, and as an executive board member of the Constitutional Scholar’s Pipeline.
