Nexton, the most innovative and walkable community in South Carolina, announced the opening of Page’s Okra Grill, a Lowcountry restaurant known for serving authentic, Southern-style food. Previously, the restaurant has served customers anxiously awaiting the grand opening from its food truck during construction.
Located at 142 Brighton Park Boulevard, Page’s Okra Grill combines traditional dishes with the casual elements of coastal seafood, using fresh, seasonal, local ingredients in made-from-scratch dishes.
“Page’s Okra Grill is exactly the kind of institution we’ve been looking to add to Nexton’s diverse array of culinary offerings,” says Cassie Cataline, marketing director at Nexton. “The restaurant brings cherished Charleston region flavors and captures the essence of Southern hospitality in a unique and welcoming atmosphere.”
Offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, Page’s kitchen partners with local farms and seafood suppliers, while the restaurant’s bar program features local spirits and craft breweries. Each year, Nexton continues to grow and evolve as a premier destination for residents and businesses, and Page’s Okra Grill is a noteworthy addition to the community’s dining offerings.
Currently in year 11 of its 20-year master plan, Nexton has delivered hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial space and sold over 2,800 homes, attracting thousands of jobs and bringing over 8,000 residents to the community. In the last 10 years, Nexton has become a lifestyle-driven destination that includes dining, shopping and five hotels, catering to both business and leisure travel.
