Nexton announces new addition to community builder program

Nexton, the most innovative and walkable community in South Carolina, announced the addition of DRB Homes, an award-winning builder with homes in over 100 communities across the East Coast, to the community’s builder line-up.
With over 30 years of industry experience, DRB Homes is active in more than 10 states and 18 regions, spanning from Pennsylvania to Florida.

Located in Nexton’s Midtown neighborhood, DRB Homes’ collection will feature three brand-new floor plans: the Beaufain, Tradd and Gibbes. A one-story home plan, the Beaufain ranges from 1,789-2,428 square feet and features three- and four-bedroom floor plans. Inspired by coastal living, the home’s exteriors will feature bronze windows, board and batten and lap siding with a two-car garage. Interiors will include an open-concept dining and gathering space with six-foot windows throughout. The primary suite will offer an ensuite bath with dual vanities. Additional options include a second floor with a bonus room, storage space, electric or gas fireplaces, rear porches and flex space.
The Tradd and Gibbes home details will be announced soon. This summer, home pre-sales will begin and a new model home will join Midtown’s Model Row.
Midtown offers over 100 floorplans catering to a variety of lifestyles and preferences. The neighborhood is also home to Midtown Club, featuring a resort-style pool, fitness center and indoor and outdoor flex spaces available to members of the Nexton Residential Association. The neighborhood is activated by food trucks, movie nights and social events.
