Nick Zappitelli joins Coldwell Banker Caine in Greenville

Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Nick Zappitelli as a residential sales agent to its Greenville office. Nick holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Florida State University. With more than 12 years of career experience in higher education marketing, he received numerous character and production awards throughout his tenure. Most recently, he worked as the Senior Director of Student Outreach and Alumni Relations for one of the largest travel education providers in the country. Nick is putting his technical knowledge and love of the community to work as a licensed Realtor® at Caine.
Nick and his family recently moved to Greenville from Austin, Texas. Since moving, his family has quickly adapted to the wonderful culture that drew them to the city. Any free time in Nick’s calendar is filled with cycling, checking out local thrift stores, searching for games to complete his original Nintendo collection, or working on projects around his home. Most of all, he loves spending time with his wife and 12-month-old son.
